Our core experiences are designed for 1–4 players. We also offer dedicated party, group, team and Match Day options for larger numbers.
AI tracking helps follow the action, but automated equipment can’t guarantee that every ball touch, goal or key moment will be detected. Occasionally there are gremlins in the system! Most packages use multiple camera views, though, so missing a key moment should be rare.
Wear sensible sports clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing both AstroTurf boots and moulded studs if you have them, so you can see which feels best on the surface.
Absolutely. We have top-spec match-day footballs, but if your lucky ball helps you deliver your best, we’re with you!
Yes — and bringing a drink is essential. For group sessions, please avoid bringing foods that may cause allergic reactions to other participants. If anyone has a relevant allergy or medical requirement, please tell us in advance and include it on the waiver.
Yes. Parents and well-behaved siblings are welcome to watch, and there is a covered seating area where you can relax. For larger groups, we ask that attendance is generally limited to one parent or guardian per child, helping us manage space and keep noise levels suitable for recording.
Yes, we have both changing facilities and toilets available for visitors.
Yes. There is off-street parking for up to 8 cars, although we ask visitors to car-share where possible.
Not currently, but we’re hoping to introduce gift vouchers in the future. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
Contact us via WhatsApp with the experience you’re interested in, preferred date and number of players. We’ll confirm availability, price and the next steps.
The Studio pitch is outdoors, and unfortunately we can’t control the weather — and our camera equipment likes getting wet even less than you do! If the forecast looks unsuitable, we can arrange to reschedule. Short-notice weather decisions ultimately rest with Studio Football, but we’ll always try to accommodate reasonable requests and find a suitable alternative date.
If unexpected rain or other conditions make it unsuitable or unsafe to continue filming, we may need to stop the session and arrange a replacement or continuation at a mutually convenient time, using the earliest suitable Studio Football availability.
We understand that unexpected things happen. Where possible, we’ll try to move your booking rather than lose it, particularly when circumstances are outside your control. Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund will be handled in line with our booking and cancellation terms. Please see our Waivers & Legal page for the full policy.
Yes. The relevant participation and filming waiver must be completed before taking part. For children, this needs to be completed by a parent or guardian. No completed mandatory waiver means no participation.
Not automatically. Filming is part of the booked experience, but permission for Studio Football to use identifiable footage for our own marketing is handled separately. You can say no to marketing use without affecting participation in the experience.
Your finished content and any included raw footage will be delivered digitally. Files are retained on Google Drive for 14 days after delivery, so please download and save everything you want to keep during that period.
No. Our professional/scouting packages are designed to showcase a player clearly and professionally, but Studio Football cannot guarantee trials, academy interest, scouting opportunities or recruitment.
Yes. The experiences on our Packages page are the starting point. If you have a particular idea, challenge, team shoot, promotional concept or another sport in mind, contact us and we’ll see what we can create.
Definitely. Studio Football isn’t just for kids. Adults, parents, mates, teams and businesses can all book suitable experiences — and our full-match livestream option is for adults only.
Please arrive in good time for your session. We’ll always be reasonable where we can, but later bookings may mean we can’t extend your allocated pitch or filming time.
